Spearheaded HR transformation across all levels of the holding company, including start-ups in Real Estate, Data Centers, and FinTech. Played a pivotal role in establishing the first Digital Bank and Data Center, leveraging expertise as a startup HR specialist. Successfully implemented HR software (KAYAN) for the entire group, streamlining HR processes and ensuring a smooth transition. Collaborated closely with C-suite and CEOs to provide strategic HR guidance and establish the group-wide HR Services function.
Led Talent Management and Development for a newly established holding company managing Aramco contractors. Streamlined talent acquisition by studying and resolving recruitment challenges, managing a large applicant pool (2000+ CVs), and implementing effective policies and procedures. Conducted skills gap analyses and developed corporate training programs alongside succession planning strategies. Fostered a positive company culture through internal communication channels and event facilitation. Successfully implemented and operated the HRIS system (Menaitech).
Increase organizational effectiveness and drive corporate learning agenda through the use of project management, organizational skills, effectively managed the apprenticeship program for technical skills in collaboration with Caterpillar.
