Responsible for the overall coordination, direction, and implementation of all the components and workflows of the Epic Ancillary Unit Applications (Cupid, Radiant, Optime, Anesthesia and willow)
Works closely with clinical leadership and business owners to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective clinical technology solutions for all aspects of the JHAH enterprise
Responsible for directing, managing, mentoring, and evaluating Application Team Leads and overseeing the performance of all team members through relevant Team Leads to ensure the unit is functioning efficiently and effectively in completing all assigned tasks and milestones
Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews, and escalating functional, quality and timeline issues appropriately
Manages staff performance and all activities for area of responsibility through subordinate staff; responsible for performance reviews, promotional recommendations, training/development, staff satisfaction, staff motivation, and disciplining when necessary
Works closely with the department senior director and other managers to coordinate activities
Serves as liaison and representative to the Epic and JHAH communities, work groups, and committees.
