As production manager, I was responsible for overseeing the entire production process within a manufacturing environment. My primary objective is to ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and meets the required quality standards.

Here were some of my responsibilities in this role:

1. Planning and Scheduling: creating production plans and schedules based on customer demand, resource availability, and production capacity. coordinate with various departments to determine production goals and timelines.

2. Resource Management: manage and allocate resources such as materials, equipment, and manpower to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency. This includes inventory management, procurement of necessary supplies, and maintenance of production equipment.

3. Quality Control: maintaining and improving product quality.

4. Process Improvement: This involves analyzing production data, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing techniques.

Overall, as a production manager, I played a critical role in overseeing the production process from start to finish, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to schedules and budgets. I was responsible for managing resources, optimizing processes, and leading teams to achieve production goals while maintaining a focus on quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

I was a part of The Development team, my role was to Implement productivity improvement measures in Blown Film Machines which is an essential aspect of effective production management. Here are some steps we took to enhance productivity within the Blown Film Section:

1. We Started, by defining clear productivity goals and key performance indicators (KPIs):
- The Draw-down ratio to enhance the tears in the machine direction.
- the Blown-up ratio to enhance the tears in the transverse Direction.

2. Analyze Current Processes: we Conduct a thorough analysis of our existing production processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

3. We Engaged our Production Team Also, in the productivity improvement process. to Encourage them to contribute ideas and suggestions for enhancing efficiency and increasing productivity. this help us to get valuable insights and provide us with creative solutions.

4. We did Establish a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. problem-solving initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to identify and address production challenges.
By implementing these productivity improvement measures, We enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and drive continuous improvement within the production processes.

• As a production engineer, I played a crucial role in Almaha Plastic Factory, which specializes in producing plastic films using the blown film extrusion process. Here are some responsibilities and activities as a production engineer :
  
  1. Process Optimization: A production engineer,I was responsible for optimizing the blown film extrusion process to ensure efficient and cost-effective production. This involves analyzing the process parameters, monitoring equipment performance, and making adjustments to improve product quality, increase productivity, and minimize waste.
  
  2. Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting: oversees the maintenance and troubleshooting of the equipment used in the blown film extrusion process. This includes regular inspections, scheduling preventive maintenance, identifying and resolving equipment malfunctions, and coordinating repairs to minimize downtime.
  
  3. Production Planning: as a production engineer collaborates with the production team to update, monitor and execute the production schedules, considering factors such as customer orders, raw material availability, and equipment capacity. They ensure that production targets are met while maintaining optimal efficiency.
  
  4. Quality Control: Ensuring product quality and implementing quality control measures, including setting quality standards, conducting regular product inspections, analyzing quality data, and implementing corrective actions to address any deviations or issues.
