• Acquiring three quotations & processing claims from Insurance Company for repair
• Preparing and planning schedule for workshop employees according to the priorities
• Attended seminars on various technical updated subjects which includes: Enhancement of lubrication knowledge, hydraulics, cranes fuel pump calibration & presetting, ISO,ERP
• Communication with various suppliers to arrange particular spares with respect to brands
• Meeting with authorized agents for spares for Caterpillar equipments, job, Tadano, Demag, Cummins, Robin Plate Compactor, Perkins Engines

• Fully responsible for negotiation with suppliers in coordination with procurement and Subcontracting departments

• Establishes policies for inspection, maintenance, and repair of all types of Heavy and Light Vehicles and Equipment’s; schedules repairs; assigns and directs activities of service and repair personnel; and follows up on repairs being made
