1) Developing Processes -
- Develop and Implement Project Quality Plan(PQP) and Procedures for 380 KV Overhead Transmission Line Project.
- Formulation of Method Statements, Standard Operating Procedures(SOP) , Inspection & Test Plan(ITP) and Quality Assurance documentation and its Control.
2) Inspection & Audit-
- Manage Client /Consultant Inspections and close NCRs effectively
- Ensure all Construction Activities comply with Approved drawings ,Technical Specification and Quality Standards .
- Conduct Inspection for Reinforcement work, Shuttering and Concreting Activities .
- Internal Audits and Analyzing Audit findings ,Identifying Gaps in Process and Quality management System and developing Innovative Solutions .
3) Lead Quality Initiatives-
- Prepare and Submit MIS Reports on a Regular Basis .
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis with use of 7 QC Tools and Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions .
- Coordinate with Project ,design and Execution Team to
Resolve Quality Issues .
- Maintain QA/QC Documentation ,Reports and Records for Audits.
- Lead and Support Project Teams, Suppliers and Contractors on Quality Requirements .
- Spreading Awareness ,Guide Teams to Achieve Common Quality Goals and to meet Corporate Quality Policy.
- Promote a Culture of Quality and Continuous Improvement across all Projects in KSA through KAIZEN, Quality Tool box Talk and Trainings .
- Timely report the Critical quality Issues to top management for solutions .
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders and fostering a culture of Quality across Projects
- Closing of Non-Conformity and Observation in line with Project Technical Specification and Guide lines of Saudi Electricity Company.
4 ) Training and Guidance
- Formulation of Training Calender and providing Training and Guidance on Quality Assurance , Procedures and Best Practices .
- Conducting QTBT (Quality Tool Box Talk) on the System and Procedures of the ISO and Project .
- Organizing Award and Recognition Programme on time to time to motivate and Encourage to work with good Quality Culture .
5) Customer Satisfaction-
- On Quaterly basis Customer feed back is taken and identify Areas for Improvement and implementing Action plann and Strategies to enhance Customer Satisfaction .
6) Risk Identification and Management
- Identifying Potential Risks related to Quality and developing Mitigation Strategies .
- Ensure compliance with Risk Management Protocols and Customer Requirements .
7) Material Quality Control
- Ensure all Incoming materials meet Approved Specifications and Standards .
- Taking Approval of different Construction Materials coming at Project and at Vendor Premises .
8) Cost of Poor Quality and Lesson Learned
- Monitoring and Analysis of COPQ in Projects .
Identifying Quality Issues , Rework , Wastages and Non-
Conformance Cost
- Maintaining Lesson learned records for continual improvement and knowledge management.
