1) Developing Processes -

  • Develop and Implement Project Quality Plan(PQP) and Procedures for 380 KV Overhead Transmission Line Project.
  • Formulation of Method Statements, Standard Operating Procedures(SOP) , Inspection & Test Plan(ITP) and Quality Assurance documentation and its Control.

2) Inspection & Audit-

  • Manage Client /Consultant Inspections and close NCRs effectively
  • Ensure all Construction Activities comply with Approved drawings ,Technical Specification and Quality Standards .
  • Conduct Inspection for Reinforcement work, Shuttering and Concreting Activities .
  • Internal Audits and Analyzing Audit findings ,Identifying Gaps in Process and Quality management System and developing Innovative Solutions .

3) Lead Quality Initiatives-

  • Prepare and Submit MIS Reports on a Regular Basis .
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis with use of 7 QC Tools and Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions .
  • Coordinate with Project ,design and Execution Team to

Resolve Quality Issues .

  • Maintain QA/QC Documentation ,Reports and Records for Audits.
