Strategic Procurement :

· Develop, implement, and optimize procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.

· Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure the best quality, delivery, and cost-efficiency.

· Lead complex negotiations and contract management with vendors and subcontractors.

ERP System Utilization:

· Utilize **SAP and Oracle ERP systems** for procurement planning, purchase order processing, invoice tracking, and reporting.

· Ensure accurate ERP data entry, monitor system KPIs, and implement process improvements.

Technical Sourcing

· Review engineering specifications and drawings to source appropriate materials and services.

· Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to understand technical requirements.

Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination:

· Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely transportation and delivery of goods.

· Monitor supply chain performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

· Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations.

Cost & Quality Control:
