• Assist Project Directors in the preparation, review, and monitoring of the Program of Works and all contractual and PMO-required documentation across multiple projects.
• Plan and determine project staffing, labor, plant, and material requirements in coordination with individual project teams.
• Prepare and submit periodic management reports covering budget status, variations and change claims, schedules, disputes, upcoming activities, and safety performance for multiple projects.
• Coordinate with the QS team to ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly valuations, variations, and claims to the Client/Engineer.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, key events, and milestones through structured site diaries and PMO reporting systems.
