- Managing A320 delivery program for delivering more than 22 A320-NEO aircrafts including start of ground checks, acceptance flights, transfer of title and finally delivering aircraft to the required base.
- Manage day-to-day operations of all different bases to ensure work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established standards and procedures.
- Supervise publishing flight crew rosters every month to ensure rosters are in line with SAFE& CARE program and to ensure as well covering all commercial demands. Manages and controls flight crew member vacations, personal time off to ensure adequate flight schedule coverage.
- Administers commendatory or disciplinary procedures for Flight Crew Members, selection of flight crew members for awards and recognition programs.
- Monitoring flying proficiency of Flight Crew Member in line operations and taking appropriate actions for improvement of performance including additional training, educational courses, and spot checks. Manages interchange of information with Flight Crew Member personnel and integrates new pilots and organizes administration functions for Flight Crew Member ensuring optimal operations and performance.
- Resolving all matters of technical and non-technical nature including audits, incident/accident investigation, all concerns related to safety and security of operation, pertaining to equipment to fulfill operational plan requirements.
- Review new regulations and directives, equipment manufacture's publications, industry and other technical publications received from Flight Operations Office for updated information and incorporate them into the fleet and into Flight Crew Member documentations as applicable.
- Monitor implementation of all approved programs, policies and procedures to maintain professional standards of Flight Crew Members and efficiency of operation.
