Developed 5-week look-ahead schedules and 90-day construction schedules. Responsibilities included reporting progress, measuring variances against baselines, resource allocation, forecasting completion dates, and documenting lessons learned post-completion. Coordinated with functional teams, including project controls, logistics, procurement, engineering, and traffic control. Conducted regular meetings with subcontractors, consultant, designers, and client to discuss progress and resolve issues.
