- Scope of Work:

- Conducting studies to determine the needs of beneficiaries for new Facilities buildings.

- Carrying out site visits and preparing architectural designs for projects using Revit, AutoCAD, and MicroStation programs.

- Providing engineering consultancy related to project construction, including the preparation of technical reports highlighting issues and proposed solutions.

- Support to contractors before and during the implementation phase.

- Evaluating the economic feasibility of various design and construction options.

1. Central Warehouses, Administration Buildings, Material Shelters, and Storage Yards for the Saudi Electricity Company in Riyadh, with a project budget of approximately SAR 500 million.

2. Central Warehouses, Administration Buildings, Material Shelters, and Storage Yards for the Saudi Electricity Company in Dhahran, with a project budget of approximately SAR 300 million, funded by Saudi Aramco to meet their operational needs at the current site.

3. Fire Stations Project for the Saudi Electricity Company with new designs and initiation at multiple locations.

4. Projects related to training, generation, transmission, distribution, materials, and community clubs for the Saudi Electricity Company at a greater number of sites.

• Contract with 'Ministry of Labor - The project is 'New Labor Office' in Khobar
• Checking drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
• Ensuring that all materials used, and work performed are as per specifications.
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials.
• Monitoring and interpreting the design documents supplied by the client.
• Communicating with client representatives and attending meetings.
• Oversee quality control and safety matters on site.
• Preparing reports as required.

• The projects are substations and facilities buildings in all states.
• Visit the sites and prepare architectural designs, bids, and elements of the project.
• Oversee coordination of the technical aspects and quality control of the project.
• Prepare status reports and regularly monitors budgets, contractors, and schedules.
• Keep an accurate record and electronic database of all elements of the projects.
• Confer with engineers on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.
• Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning and scheduling work.
