• Undertook the supervision and managerial MEP works of the all fit out projects.
• Coordinated with client/consultant and subcontractor about their/our requirements and maintained relationships with them.
• Coordinate and following up the technical engineers and reviewing the design drawing.
• Closely monitoring all the new design submittals, IFC, risk assessment and notice to proceed. And act accordingly to finalize e the shop drawings.
• Had meetings with ICM high managements to understand all vital aspects of the project.
• Had verification and reporting on all site requirements, including engineers, supervisors, technicians labors, materials and tools according to the project needs.
• Processed daily, weekly and monthly reports to ensure all schedules run smoothly, all jobs of works are completed as prescribed, and all invoicing is processed in a timely fashion.
• Liaised with the client consultation regarding projects blocking points of fit out work, site works progress / plan, mobilization, and subcontractors.

Metro Project (Line-1 & Line-2) Tunnel Ventilation System Works TVS- BACS.

The project consists of deep underground stations and shallow stations.

• Undertook the supervision and managerial works of the tunnel ventilation system site works including: fans installations, fan supports verification and installation, sound attenuates, dampers, electrical works (Cable tray/ladders installations, LV and control cables pulling, LV and control panels installation, LHD system), and checked all the WIR status.
• Liaised with main contractor (BACS) regarding sites blocking points of TVS works, site works progress / plan, track access, mobilization, road closure and with other subcontractors mainly Siemens.
  
• Coordinated with client/consultant and subcontractor about their/our requirements and maintained relationships with them.
• Had meetings with FGC high managements to understand all vital aspects of the project.
• Had verification and reporting on all site requirements, including engineers, supervisors, technicians labors, materials and tools according to the project needs.
• Processed daily, weekly and monthly reports to ensure all schedules run smoothly, all jobs of TVS works are completed as prescribed, and all invoicing is processed in a timely fashion.
• Liaised and coordinated with Engie-Axima site supervisors regarding technical and construction flow matters.

Project 1: Majdoul Tower (54 floors)/ Riyadh.

Project 2: Military Industries Corporation (MIC) 12 Stores & Car Maintenance Building/ Al-Kharj.

• Designing - Workshop Drawings - Detailing - Perspective Plans
• Coordinated with client/consultant and subcontractor about their/our requirements and maintained relationships with them
• Had meetings with the project manager or our managements to understand all vital aspects of the project
• Studied, prepared all the shop drawing and implementation of all MEP works for the project
• Communicated with subcontractor or suppliers of materials and discussed the prices and specifications with them
• Processed daily, weekly and monthly reports to ensure all schedules run smoothly, all jobs of MEP works are completed as prescribed, and all invoicing is processed in a timely fashion
• Maintained good communication with engineers, technicians and contractors to assure timely and efficient completion of jobs, proper communication with issues
• Estimated MEP works of other projects (mainly electrical work) and followed up all
• MEP works like MV & LV system , lighting system , lighting control system, low current systems , HVAC system , firefighting system , plumping works.

Project: King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), Tow Towers (24 & 19 floors)

• Had meeting with the project leader or manager to understand all vital aspects of the project
• Followed up, the supporting subcontractor (ALFANAR) for all electrical works like LV power system (BUSWAY) , lighting system ,lighting control system, power outlet , fire system, CCTV system, BMS, Access control system, Telephone/Data system..etc
• Made schedules of what needs to be completed by deadline of the project
• Compiled and maintained interim project reports and minutes of meetings
• Processed daily, weekly and monthly reporting to ensure all schedules run smoothly, all jobs of electrical works are completed as prescribed
• Managed contractors for electrical works
• This includes, locating, assigning work orders, sending scope and monitoring performance to assure successful completion and proper billing
• Maintained good communication with engineers, technicians and contractors to assure timely and efficient completion of jobs, proper communication with issues.

• AJMAKAN Project (460 Villas, Installed all MEP works for the villas
• Studied, prepared all the shop drawing and implementation of electrical works for the project
• Processed daily, weekly and monthly reporting to ensure all schedules run smoothly
• Had meeting with the project manager to understand all vital aspects of the project
• Followed up all MEP works like MV & LV system, lighting system, lighting control system, low current systems, HVAC system ...etc.

Project: MEP O & M Mobily Sites Project (360 sites)

• Technical support engineer which responsible about operation and maintenance all power &electronically equipment in sites like (LV system, generator, air-condition, fire alarm system, DC power) for (Mobily) sites.
• Madinah area manager and team leader for 3 engineers and 25 technicians with all related issues region from finance and management issues
• Managed sites handover like PAT, PAC, FAT and all related documentation
• Followed up all the requirements with all customers like Mobily, Ericsson, Motorola and subcontractors about all related issues of region.
