Currently, am serving as regional operations manager specializing in Huawei projects. Have successfully led and managed multiple large-scale projects with more than 50 teams, focusing on areas such as Fiber Optics (FO), Managed Services (MS), and Rollout with multiple operators.

• Managing ISP network (SDH, DWDM, IP-MPLS, G-PON) / OSP network (FTTX, LDN, Junction, Access) of Fixed Transport & E&M of Fixed Access Network (VDSL, MSAN, RAN)

• Upgrade of TNs and swapping MW antennas to increase Back Bone capacity
