• Models meet required LOD/LOI at each project stage
• Data drops match milestone requirements
• Naming conventions, classification, and metadata are consistent

Develop and manage PIM strategy to enhance information management and accessibility:

• Structuring model federation strategy
• Defined CDE workflows (WIP → Shared → Published → Archived) to streamline project collaboration and data integrity
• Establishing approval gates
• Setting clash management protocols
• Defining model audit procedures
• Structuring Asset Information Requirements (AIR) transition toward AIM

• Project: Ritz Caltron Residencies, Diriyah Company (DC)
• Coordinated creation, management, and oversight of BIM model throughout project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Ensured accuracy and completeness of model while adhering to design standards and specifications, enhancing overall project integrity.
• Managing version control and conflict resolution within the BIM environment.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for architectural-related BIM issues
• Conducted regular quality checks on BIM model, identifying and rectifying errors or inconsistencies to maintain high quality standards.
• Providing training and support to team members on BIM software and workflows.

• Analyse project tender drawings to identify potential risks and challenges.
• Generate a list of construction drawings for the architecture section of projects.
• Create construction BIM models for coordination, shop-drawings extraction, visualization, and quantities extraction.
• Use Navisworks for coordination with other disciplines.
• Develop visualization models for client's Presentations using render software.
• Attend coordination/progress meetings with clients, consults, and subcontractors.
• Develop architectural proposals and solutions using BIM tools.
• Support site team in resolving construction issues with technical solutions.
