06/2002, Present, Seti First Travel, Public Relations Advisor, Handling all quotations, group requests & offers needed to the individual & full responsibility for most of SETI’s corporate accounts concerning all outgoing issues., Carrying out all responsibilities related to the full cycle of Tour and Travel programs to a variety of worldwide destinations; including creating, marketing and operating all elements of programs through different means (reservation online systems, contact with Hotels directly, through travel agencies and through the internet), Enhance the image of SETI by handling services to a maximum quality., Providing information, advice and booking services for people wishing to travel, Advising clients about foreign currency, car parking, car hire abroad and excursions in resorts, Promote, describe and sell holiday and/or business travel products and destinations direct to the public or even to corporations, usually from a retail outlet such as: transportation companies (e.g. railway passenger, cruise lines and car rental companies) accommodation facilities (e.g. hotels and resorts), Meeting sales targets as set out by the tourism manager, Dealing with complicated customer itineraries, Following up all offers submitted to clients and getting feedback, Tailoring outgoing packages, Issue required documentation such as train tickets, visas, hotel vouchers, etc…, Calculate and prepare invoices and accept payment from individual customers, Collecting deposits, filling in booking forms and maintain records of transactions, Establishing contacts with various co-parties such as travel agents, hotels, airlines and ground transportation to negotiate the best deals, Review the efficient flow of whole process, evaluating customer feedback and discussing necessary action - when necessary – with Tourism Manager, Having excellent knowledge with leisure and corporate business trends, Decision maker and problem solving thinking ability through Solving problems of the guest during their stay as well as dealing with complaints, Confirm bookings and notify clients of visa and currency requirements, Using and updating IT skills as much of the information on holidays and travel is accessible via a computer screen; telephone, fax, mail, computerized systems and the Internet
