1. Provide technical support for each technician.
2.Allocating work and managing the entire shop.
3. Confirming and managing work progress and quality.
4. Allocating work suitable for each technician’s capabilities (or advising the person in charge of this).
5. Reporting work progress and problem areas to the service advisor.
6.Managing and monitoring technicians’ work hours.
7.Gathering and transmitting information lectures for the latest technical information and maintaining published information such as bulletins.
8. Planning and implementing lectures for technicians and in-house training.
9.Maintaining all equipment including jigs and tools in the shop through 5S activities.
10. Making arrangements for the inventory of jigs and tools and all other necessary tools including standard tools and special tools.
11. Conducting other duties as assigned by the supervisor
o Responsible for day to day service activity which includes ensuring availability and efficient utilization of the team.
o Improvements in productivity and quality service to increase Customer satisfaction.
o Preparing Major job quotations.
o To ensure timing delivery to customers' vehicles after completion of Road test and Quality check.
o Keeping up the morale of subordinates and implementing safety requirements on the floor.

Responsible for the organization, control and service capability of the entire Workshop Interface between the Customer and workshop department, responsible for all work procedures and processes given the legal and manufactured related specifications and standards As a member of the management team responsible for customer satisfaction and the economic success of the company
