  • I stopped many instances of fraud and impersonation through my work in the document detection unit.
  • I created a training material for Istanbul flights due to the many problems and violations in 2015.
  • I trained the employees on the training material for Istanbul flights, which contributed to a significant reduction in violations.
  • The training material was also printed and distributed to employees by the Passenger Services Department.
