• Responsible for the preparation of critical equipment list along with planning and monitoring
• Monitoring the cost and causes of Preventive and Breakdown maintenance.
• Responsible of Payment system and Customer relationship.

Nature of Work

• Responsible for the day-to-day activities and maintenance of the Data center facilities (Generators/HVAC/AC DC Power system and Switch Gears).
• Responsible for the preparation of critical equipment list along with planning and monitoring
• Monitoring the cost and causes of Preventive and Breakdown maintenance.
• Responsible of overall Datacenter equipment’s and manpower.

Nature of Work

• Responsible for the day-to-day activities and maintenance of the critical exchange facilities (Generators/HVAC/AC DC Power system and Switch Gears).
• Responsible for the preparation of critical equipment list along with planning and monitoring
• Monitoring the cost and causes of Preventive and Breakdown maintenance.
• Operation and Maintenance of Air handling unit (AHU)with BMS System
• Operation and Maintenance of Chiller (Carrier/Trane/Zamil make) unit
• Periodical technical reporting to STC Technical Team

Nature of Work:

• Commissioning and Maintenance of 2 MW Generator (Wartsila 6R32 and Cummins Engines)
• Commissioning and Maintenance of HV Transformer 35 MVA ,110KV/440V
• Commissioning and Maintenance of HVAC (325 Ton/ Carrier Chiller)
• Commissioning and Maintenance of 6.6KV Switchgear comprises of Vacuum Circuit breakers.
• Operation and Maintenance of VFD`s, TB woods Make and ABB make up to 160KW LT Motors.
• Maintenance of 2X160KVA Emerson Make UPS of 220V 410Ah Rocket Batteries.
• Maintenance of Station Battery Bank and chargers of 110V DC with 2X2000 Ah battery bank.
• Commissioning Experience of HT Cable with terminations.
• Maintenance of Firefighting system

Nature of Work:

• Commissioning and maintenance of 110KV Switchyard with 10 Bays and double bus system consist Of 2500A, 40KA Sf6 breakers, make ABB (Pneumatic and spring operated mechanism)
• Commissioning and Maintenance of 3X31.5 MVA Generator transformers 6.6KV/110KV, 2X8 MVA and 1X10MVA, 6.9KV/6.6KV Unit auxiliary Transformer.
• Commissioning and Maintenance of LV Transformer 1600KVA, 1000KVA of 6.6KV/380V.
• Commissioning and Maintenance of 380V/72KV of ESP transformers of 3X3 fields.
• Commissioning and Maintenance of HT Motors up to 1000KW with 6.6KV Vacuum Circuit breakers.
• Commissioning and Maintenance HT Cables and Terminations.
• Maintenance of 2X160KVA Emerson Make UPS of 220V 410Ah Rocket Batteries.
