  • Working as a team on the Jig in three different positions to ensure roof trusses are built according to the plans, efficiently and at a high quality. Keeping a keen eye on errors and breaks on product and fixing with appropriate methods before sending work out (etc. re-cutting pieces, using nail plates to repair truss).
  • Training and mentoring new team members on building processes as well as tools and equipment, while ensuring they are competent and have read the SWP standards required to operate them. Keeping team members on task, pointing out errors and assisting with finding a more suitable way to avoid them in the future that works for them.
