I am a strategic and operations-focused health executive with over 25 years of senior leadership experience in Canada and internationally. I have managed operations, led system and operational transformations, and driven service excellence within the healthcare sector. My proven track record includes overseeing healthcare delivery networks across multiple sites and leading large-scale operational and health system transformations that align with national and provincial objectives. I have significant expertise in managing complex operational budgets, coordinating workforce activities in unionized environments, and establishing partnerships with government entities, regulators, and community stakeholders.

In Manitoba, I have led the strategic and operational components of the provincial population and public health portfolio, overseeing Integrated Health and Social Services in Winnipeg as well as Population Health initiatives in collaboration with Johns Hopkins Aramco. I have engaged with provincial and regional health authorities, regulatory bodies, Indigenous Councils, Health Canada, inter-provincial and municipal governments, and non-governmental organizations.

Additionally, my international experience in Saudi Arabia involved contributions to strategy, clinical operations, and substantial healthcare reform initiatives.
