• Performed HO3, HO4 and HO5 of hundreds of links and other installations.

· Do snags clearance of the site having OILs, with and without MDTs

· Dismantle complete site and deliver material back to warehouse after preparing SRR

· Doing maintenance also for the new links which are still under Projects.

· RBS and all transmission troubleshooting

· PT link installation and alignment

· Day to day alarm handling and fault rectification. Root cause identification.

· Transceiver hardware addition and deletion in RBS

• Regular Preventive Maintenance of RBS sites for Health Checkup
• External Alarm monitoring and escalation to Electrical Department ,
• KPI monitoring, corrective action and follow up of Radio
• Performs Installation, commissioning, acceptance and testing of new RBS

• Roll out project coordinator for Mobily & STC Projects (Aspiration, Critical Tower, 5G implementation, Dismantling, New site projects for STC and Mobily New Site, TRM Rise/FTK, Dismantling, and Hajj projects)
• I am following with Project team till complete Handover of site to customer which includes: - (RFI , Installation , HO3/Pre PAT , HO5/PAT , Integration , Performance check , H11 and then submitting correct PI’s, t for work done and maintaining Master Sheet which include complete data of Project.
• Scheduling daily activities for teams on STC and Mobily projects simultaneously and providing daily updates to vendor (Ericsson).
• Was handling complete documentation for STC Pat and Mobily HO5.
• Checking and perform Work Order from customer on system (ASP TOOL).
• Arranging the teams between the project as per the project required and priority.
• Responsible for the outcome of a Telecom Project undertaken by my company. I was an operational head who develops implements and revises the telecom project of my company.
