• Assigned by Apave International (France) as bridge structures inspection specialist in Hanoi to manage civil asset safety assessment of Hanoi Metro Line 2A (13.1 Km, 12 stations), before its public operation.
• Planned on-site interventions, trained Apave Vietnam engineers in metro inspection techniques.
• Developed customized inspection forms, ensuring precise oversight of inspection procedures.
• Collaborated with Ministry of Transport authorities, aligning interventions and produced comprehensive structural assessment final report.

• Oversaw rehabilitation works for Raouche View 1090: multi-block residential building with 5 basements and 22 floors.
• Conducted condition assessment of all apartments within building.
• Verified compliance of works with project specifications and reviewed materials submittals and method statements (Waterproofing, finishing, tiling, etc.)
• Monitored works progress and produced weekly progress reports for client.

• Handled first principal inspection of civil assets of Green and Gold Lines comprising underground tunnels, 22 metro stations and Al Riffa rail viaduct/elevated structure.

• Ensured fire safety code compliance through design reviews and site inspections for multiple projects (French and NFPA).
• Conducted technical inspections / assessments for waterproofing, glazed curtain walls, stone cladding, etc.
• Oversaw compliance for structural and finishing works across 78 buildings in Admir project and conducted quantity takeoffs of completed works in St. Elie School project (Owner rep. team).
