Anthony Levina

As a labourer, I always worked in a high pace setting where efficiency, reliability and safety was the main order of the day. I had to do drilling, digging, transporting materials, lifting heavy objects, and overall site preparation all the time aiming to ensure the high level of workmanship. My role was to organize and prepare equipment, keep the working area clean and safe, and help the other members of the team to stay on schedule with the project. I was also pleased with my fact that I was able to react on changing requirements, I could adjust to new activities and maintain productivity when there was a pressure. The success of the team was in part due to my ability to not only maintain a high output rate, but also make sure that I paid attention to detail, which meant that every job was done correctly and early enough to lead to a successful and smooth process overall.
