• Implementation of Hospital Information System.
• Team up with management team/clients to find out their requirements, and to guide them objectively on where IT might make a difference to the business.
• Planning the stages of the project and how each affects the

business.
• Coordinating with the project team.
• Budgeting costs, timescales and standards to be met and

monitoring these throughout the project.
• Adjusting the plans where needed.
• Making sure there is a smooth transition from the old system

to the latest ERP / HIS.
• Keeping management and clients updated on progress.
• Administer unit budget according to established rules and

regulations.
• Communicating administrative policies and procedures and

ensuring adherence to established AMG policies, procedures and

objectives, quality assurance programs, and safety standards.
• Establishing and aligning unit/project deliverables and priorities

with the department's overall strategic plans.
• Makes recommendations and provides input to management for

inclusion in strategic planning discussions.

Represents unit within the larger department and participates

• Responsible for Network and System administration work.
• In charge of Backup Management
• Training - Educating the Doctor's, Nurse and other operational staff, Hospital Information system modules.
• Employed edge network devices to facilitate seamless network connectivity for staff.
• Tested installations and updates on test servers before deployment to live environments.
