• I do the contracts and add the employees in the system
• I close the pay roll at the end of every month
• I do the payments and complete the signature
• I send an email with all the details to the government relation suction to add an employee or to delete them from the GOSI
• I send emails with the employee's details ether to be added or deleted from the medical insurance
• I also deal with booking tickets for the employees ether going out of Saudi Arabia or coming back
• I do the side tasks also such as introduction letters, name tags, work cards.. etc

I worked during Hajj season with Motawif Company as a customer service agent. my job was about helping pilgrims who came to makkah to perform Hajj and make their hajj go smoothly by solving any problem they would face and make sure they are comfortable
