• i have been working at Sudan heart center in the period from1/1/2022to 31/12/2023 and from 1/1/2023 to present at Alshaab teaching hospital as part of 3 years fellowship programe .My duties include:

· ER: Assessing and managing various medical emergencies, providing basic and advanced life support for critical ill patients and emergency procedures like temorary venous pacing and pericardiocentesis

· ICU/CCU: Taking care of critical ill patients under mechanical ventilator, inotropic and mechanical circulatory support , performing procedures of arterial and central venous line insertion, ascitic and pleural fluid aspiration

· Wards: performing daily follow up, setting up plan of management and executing consultants’ plans.

· Non Invasive cardiac Lab: performing and reporting transthoracic echocardiography, TMT,Holter monitoring, ambulatory BP monitoring independently. Performing transesophageal echocardiography under supervision

· Cardiac OPD

· Device therapy and Heart Failure clinic.

· CATH LAB: Assessing patient pre and post procedure ,performing radial and femoral arterial puncture and performing diagnostic cardiac Cath. under supervision of consultants.

· Numerous academic activity

• With the following duties:
• ER: Assessing and managing various medical emergencies, providing basic and advanced life support for critical ill patients, screening echocardiography and cardiology consultations.
• ICU/CCU: Taking care of critical ill patients under mechanical ventilator, inotropic and mechanical circulatory support of ECMO and IABP, performing procedures of arterial and central venous line ,insertion, ascitic and pleural fluid aspiration
• Wards: performing daily follow up, setting up plan of management and executing consultants' plans
• Non Invasive cardiac Lab: performing and reporting transthoracic echocardiography, TMT,Holter monitoring, ambulatory BP monitoring ,CT Ca score and CT coronary angiography
• Cardiac OPD
• Device therapy and Heart Failure clinic
• CATH LAB: Assessing patient pre and post procedure ,performing radial and femoral arterial puncture and performing diagnostic cardiac Cateterization under supervision of consultants.
• Numerous academic activity and researches.
