• Source out qualified & approved equipment manufacturer & supplier
• Obtain quotations, evaluates technical offer, negotiate the price, payment terms & delivery terms & prepare purchase order
• Continuous coordination & follow-up to the supplier and or manufacturers for materials delivery to avoid delays
• Expediting the delivery to align with project schedule & looking for an alternative solution if ever the delivery will be delayed
• Gather, review & submit to client all technical requirements for all substation equipment
• Review of project documents (PTS) to determine the time frame & to allot required resources
• Establish a work plan in order to meet the schedule of the project
