- Create nested files and select suitable punching tools through the CAM for the punching machine and generating the files for Punching Machine
- Study the manufactured product to modify and develop it use different fabrication methods to reduce production time and cost.
- Manage and select new tools for the punching and bending machine as per design requirements.
- Analyzes data and reports to determine if design meets functional and performance specifications. Confers with research and other engineering personnel and prepares design modifications as required.
- Prevents or eliminates defects in new or existing products. Initiated the filling and compilation of all QC reports for easy access in case information is needed.
- To ensure the efficient and effective use of staff, workshop facilities and equipment.
- To determine priorities and allocate work to workshop staff.
