1. Daily Supervision & Monitoring
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities of track laying, welding, alignment, and station-related civil works.
- Ensure compliance with approved plans, designs, and technical specifications.

- Supervise rail welding (aluminothermic or flash butt), ballast laying, sleeper installation, and track fastening systems.
- Ensure track geometry meets required tolerances and specifications.
6. Time and Resource Management
- Monitor schedules and ensure milestones are met.
- Plan daily and weekly tasks, allocating work based on priorities and available resources.
7. Environmental & Regulatory Compliance
- Address delays or bottlenecks quickly to keep work on schedule.
- Ensure construction practices comply with environmental regulations and metro authority standards.
