1. Daily Supervision & Monitoring

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities of track laying, welding, alignment, and station-related civil works.

• Supervise rail welding (aluminothermic or flash butt), ballast laying, sleeper installation, and track fastening systems.
• Ensure track geometry meets required tolerances and specifications.

6. Time and Resource Management

• Monitor schedules and ensure milestones are met.
• Plan daily and weekly tasks, allocating work based on priorities and available resources.

7. Environmental & Regulatory Compliance
