1. Approving & prioritizing the daily Maintenance notifications in SAP (Maintenance Module) by coordinating with operations

2. Managing the professional relationships with the trusted vendors & Sub- Contractors

3. Serving as a First point of contact when there any customer issues related to equipment quality, customer service or Incidents.

4. Work closely with the Warehouse management to get the delivery of critical PR / PO.

5. Leading the daily, weekly Operations & Maintenance meetings to review actual work completion.

6. Providing assistance and technical advices if necessary to support the daily operational needs.

7. Tracking the unplanned maintenance activities. „h Works with Area Maintenance leader (AML) to establish maintenance daily notification priorities.

8. Working with Reliability team to identify the bad actors in overall system.

9. Preparing the Weekly running schedule for the belt conveyors system, considering the ship loading.

10. Delegating the Maintenance tasks to the rest of team and working with contracts administrator to find out the relevant vendors and service providers.

11. Working closely with the managerial staff like Maintenance supervisor, Operations & Maintenance Managers to the efficient & Reliable operations.

12. Identifying all the work permit requirements depends on the nature of the maintenance activities.

13. Fill in as plant Operations shift in charge as needed & respond to plant trips and upsets as required.

14. Providing leadership through workforce planning, succession planning and training opportunities.

15. Communicating to the team about decision-making, using the leadership skills to set high standards of performance to achieve the team common goal.

16. Provide management direction in the absence of the operations & Maintenance Managers.

1. Planning & scheduling maintenance activities under SAP/Prometheus philosophy for (28) conveyor belts interconnected by (17) transfer towers for a total of 25 km approximately.

2. Two Bridge Kone Cranes required to collect Coke from the pit and drop it in (02) feeder-crusher unit¡¦s packages which control the flow, transfers and reduce the size of the coke lumps for smoother and safe transportation.

3. Tripper cars are there for piling purposes within storage shelters with 276 thousand tons of storage capacity.

4. Portal Reclaimer are being operated to recollect Coke, which is piled in the Coke storages and reclaiming in the conveying system for temporary transportation or final export.

5. Belt scales to control the amount of material transported along the system and ship loader for export purposes, all energized by (11) electrical substations located along the conveying system.

6. New asset creation for spare parts.

7. New Material SAP Creation.

8. Permit advanced determination of labor resources needed and time required to complete each job, which aids the maintenance supervisor in measuring the performance of his/her personnel
9. Allow elimination of delays due to waiting for information, materials, equipment, other skills, tool, etc.

10. Provide an overall plan for the supervisor on which to base his/her pre-thinking and pre-planning for day-to-day work and future work.

1. Understand and repair systems related to ship loaders, conveyors, crushers, Reclaimer and all moving parts related to such bulk material handling systems.
2. Repair and maintain overhead cranes, pumps, motors, hydraulics, and conveyors.
3. Maintain good and open communication with Coke Cutters, Crane Operators, Supervision, and Managers via radio and other proper means.
4. Properly inspect equipment prior to, and post shift, and report any additional maintenance needs; Conduct frequent audits on the crane and other heavy equipment.
5. Maintain clean workspace by removing trash and debris from all areas of responsibility including structures, offices, restrooms, break rooms, vehicles, crane cab, etc.

6. Manage spare/critical parts inventory keeping necessary amounts of inventory is in stock to reduce any delays or failures.
7. Properly record and input daily maintenance activities into files and into computerized maintenance system.

8. Look for opportunities to assist other maintenance personnel, operators and managers with tasks, even if they seem outside of the realm of typical electrician duties.

9. Sensitive, Responsible, and Compliant with Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements of SAVAGE Saudi Arabia, SATORP, & Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

1. Mechanical maintenance of belt conveyors system, jointing of conveyors like hot joint and cold joint based on the type of belt conveyor.

2. Periodic Inspection of rollers (impact, steel, helix, cone)
3. Continues monitoring from all the tower technicians for better performance in loading and unloading path and eliminate any sort of mechanical delays while the stream is in operation.
4. Preventive maintenance and operations of ship unloaders.
5. Preventive maintenance of yard equipment like Reclaimer, stacker, stacker cum Reclaimer, wagon tippler, wagon loader and tele stack.
6. Mechanical maintenance of conveyors, fluid couplings, thruster brakes track rail clamps, CRD gear boxes, slew and gantry gear boxes boom conveyor gear boxes, bucket wheel drives, slew rack and pinion
7. Periodic Inspection of chute liners.

8. Preventive maintenance of all the critical and non-critical equipment.

9. Predictive maintenance like taking oil sample and send for analysis to check the condition.
10. Planning to change the lubricants in reducers by checking the reports if given oil samples.

11. Planning for material availability and receiving as per the needs.
12. Changing the travel gearboxes and boom conveyor gearboxes at the required.

1. Mechanical maintenance of slat chain conveyors.
2. Overhauling of slat chain gearboxes for better use.
3. Mechanical maintenance of machines that inspect the split rings in glass bottles.
4. Performing the job change operation for the inspection machine according to the particular bottle dimensions for accurate operation.
5. Exact crack setting of the bottle (instrumentation) for better inspection.
6. Mechanical maintenance for rejection conveyors.
7. Changing the oil in respective gearboxes periodically.
8. Handling the work force to work for 8 hours, wherever necessary or in any abnormal conditions to avoid production delay.

1. Operating and mechanical maintenance of boom conveyor, replacing the 3-piece, 2peice and 5-piece impact rollers.
2. Operating and maintenance of the slew gear wheel with pinions.
3. Maintenance of the cylindrical and discharge chutes with proper rubber liners.
4. Maintaining bucket wheel hydraulic pump with hose pipes, charge and working pressures.
5. Maintaining the proper oil levels in traveling gearboxes.
6. Checking the maintenance of helical gearboxes, fluid couplings, and types of pulley bearings.
7. Operating the bucket wheel Reclaimer as per the rating of the material required.
8. Performing the condition monitoring of all the equipment for its performance while loading a vessel.
9. Continues monitoring in the ship loading activities and communication with the vessel crew about the loading percentage to complete.

10. Worked for the mechanical maintenance once the vessel loading is completed. Which involves checking completely of the loading equipment and performing the trail runs to make sure that everything in good condition to be ready for next vessel loading.
11. Working on the Bucket wheel maintenance and Belt Conveyor Maintenance.

Operating and troubleshooting of the following Machinery below,

1. H.A.B.S (Hot air blowing systems).
2. Vacuumed oil filling (3- phase & 1-phase).
3. Preheating oven for the special coils.
