1. Approving & prioritizing the daily Maintenance notifications in SAP (Maintenance Module) by coordinating with operations

1. Planning & scheduling maintenance activities under SAP/Prometheus philosophy for (28) conveyor belts interconnected by (17) transfer towers for a total of 25 km approximately.

2. Two Bridge Kone Cranes required to collect Coke from the pit and drop it in (02) feeder-crusher unit¡¦s packages which control the flow, transfers and reduce the size of the coke lumps for smoother and safe transportation.

3. Tripper cars are there for piling purposes within storage shelters with 276 thousand tons of storage capacity.

4. Portal Reclaimer are being operated to recollect Coke, which is piled in the Coke storages and reclaiming in the conveying system for temporary transportation or final export.

5. Belt scales to control the amount of material transported along the system and ship loader for export purposes, all energized by (11) electrical substations located along the conveying system.

6. New asset creation for spare parts.

7. New Material SAP Creation.

8. Permit advanced determination of labor resources needed and time required to complete each job, which aids the maintenance supervisor in measuring the performance of his/her personnel
9. Allow elimination of delays due to waiting for information, materials, equipment, other skills, tool, etc.

10. Provide an overall plan for the supervisor on which to base his/her pre-thinking and pre-planning for day-to-day work and future work.

1. Understand and repair systems related to ship loaders, conveyors, crushers, Reclaimer and all moving parts related to such bulk material handling systems.
2. Repair and maintain overhead cranes, pumps, motors, hydraulics, and conveyors.
3. Maintain good and open communication with Coke Cutters, Crane Operators, Supervision, and Managers via radio and other proper means.
4. Properly inspect equipment prior to, and post shift, and report any additional maintenance needs; Conduct frequent audits on the crane and other heavy equipment.
5. Maintain clean workspace by removing trash and debris from all areas of responsibility including structures, offices, restrooms, break rooms, vehicles, crane cab, etc.

6. Manage spare/critical parts inventory keeping necessary amounts of inventory is in stock to reduce any delays or failures.

8. Look for opportunities to assist other maintenance personnel, operators and managers with tasks, even if they seem outside of the realm of typical electrician duties.
