· Auditing Large tax payers to ensure they are complied with the laws and regulations.

· Auditing the data of the assessment's period such as invoices, trail balance and financial statement.

· Auditing re-fund cases.

· Filing VAT & WHT returns, advising in any documentation/responses as may be required by The Authority of Zakat and Tax for re-assessments.

· Working with the IT department to develop the reports we depend on, to prepare all VAT & WHT returns

· Coordinating with the tax consultant.

· Preparing SAPTCO's master budget.

· Preparing the cost reports for the operation sectors.

· Responsible for the technical development of the finance department.

· Assistant Project Manager for TVM project.

· Responsible of the customer experience project.

· Responsible for the SAPTCP budgeting process improvement project for the year of 2015.

· Responsible for the the account receivables, GL accounts entries of SAPTCO.

· Preparing dunning letters to collect receivables.

· Responsible to follow-up on unpaid invoice.

· Ensure accurate recording of revenues.

· Provide advice on revenue trends to the management.

· Responsible to deal with Saudi Aramco customer invoices.

· Preparing dunning letters to collect receivables from Saudi Aramco Customers.

· Update the GL accounts to reflects the collections.

· Preparing the reconciliation report for A/R GL accounts.

Main tasks:

· Opening bank accounts.

· Providing loans and credit cards to customers.

· Selling and marketing the bank’s products.

· Assist the finance department to prepare the financial reports.

· Provide assistance in processing and reviewing invoices payables.
