I was joined Dallah Trans Arabia in Automated Traffic Violation Administering and Monitoring project (ATVAM) which covers major cities of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. ATVAM is a Saudi project for the ministry of interior traffic law enforcement systems known as “Saher”. I was participating in the project ITS engineering team, the team which is responsible for the project system engineering life cycle starting with the project initiation phase going through implementation phases till the operation taking care of the quality assurance of the system development life cycle customer requirement fulfilling, finding and analyzing system deficiencies and advices with technical effective solutions and designs.

• Familiarize the team with the Project’s requirements, specifications, design targets, the development process, techniques and tools to support task performance.

• Inspect wiring connections, control panel hookups, door installations, and alignments to ensure that equipment will operate properly.

• Install electrical wires and controls by attaching conduit along shaft walls from floor to floor, then pulling plastic-covered wires through the conduit.

• Locate malfunctions in brakes, motors, switches, and control systems.

• Connect electrical wiring to control panels and electric motors.

• Adjust counterweights, door mechanisms and alignment.

• Test newly installed equipment to ensure that it meets specifications.

• Keep service records of all maintenance and repair tasks.

• Maintain log books that detail all repairs and checks performed.

• Setup, configure and troubleshoot telecommunication equipment and telephony devices.

• Installation and configuration of different kind of modems.

• Solve queries related to the operation of the installed system.

• Diagnose and repairing the problems as complained received from customers.

• Doing periodic maintenance work for corporate clients.

• Configuring the systems available at customers' end according to the installed broadband.

• Provided training to customers on operating equipment and resolving minor issues.
