Projects
With respect to the high demand of electricity in Liberia, the government of Liberia with funding from the World Bank initiated a project dubbed; Liberia Accelerated Electrification Expansion Project. This project was contracted to a company called M.B.H Power Limited which I was part of the team. The city of Monrovia in Liberia needed a phase lift of its electrification and in view of that, the government of Liberia gets funding from the European Union, initiated a project dubbed Monrovia Electrification Expansion Project (Light-Up Monrovia) to increase the capacity of electricity in Monrovia and it environ. The project was awarded to M.B.H Power Limited which I was part of the team. The construction of the Ashanti Mampong Primary substation became necessary when the Electricity Company of Ghana noticed that, the demand of electricity in the Ashanti Mampong district was lacking and contracted Luton Engineering Company Limited to construct the transmission line from Efigyase to Ashanti Mampong township and construct the primary substation to serve the district. Luton Engineering Company Limited Subcontracted Multi-Amp Engineering Limited to construct the primary substation, which I was the head of the team.
