• Preparing monthly quantity for targeting the job.
• Inspection of structural steel installation for building, pipe rack, and
  equipment supporting structural material receiving as per the approved
  drawings.
• Ensure that the concrete foundation has reached the curing period up
  until the compressive strength has reached 70% of the specified
  strength, but not less than 7 days after placement.
• The top of the concrete has been roughened or chipped with a hammer
  to remove laitance, oil-soaked or damaged concrete to the level of
  sound concrete or to a minimum of the top 1 inch (25 mm) of concrete.
• Inspection of Support Foundation and other connection points are
  checked to confirm their location, orientation, elevation, and condition
  prior to Structural or Equipment Installation.
• The top of bearing surfaces and the bottom of base plates are cleaned.
• Inspection and monitoring of the installation of pad plate, levelling

  foundation, before the statement of equipment and steel structures.

• Prepare project QC dossier for its final review, hand over and sign off as appropriate upon completion of project.
• Logbook/ NCR log and inspection documents should be verified before
  final inspection and open items will be transferred to the punch list.
