§ Traceability of the crews on rig activity up to date and send the personnel assignment sheet every 24 hours to all the operations departments and keep always under phone call for any enquiry from both the crews on rig site and the clients.

§ Be aware with any fault could be happened on rig and ask the crew chief to fill in the fault report, then still contacting with the workshop supervisor until taking the corrective action to prevent the reoccurrence of the fault then report it on the private company web site to be clear to all the branches as a lessons learned from others.
