Been part of project teams from inception / concept design stage, tendering, execution to completion & handover stage. I have worked on projects with tight milestones and the teams delivered successfully the projects. Managed site teams of Engineers, Inspectors to ensure effective supervision / delivery of works as per project timelines and quality standards. Extensive experience working on pilings works including secant, contiguous and end bearing piles. Worked on raft, isolated / combined footing as well. Managed construction of sub-stations, sign foundations, precast walls etc. The major works supervised included Segmental Bridges (casting as well as erection works), Box Girders; Grade separated intersections, pedestrian underpasses, and MSE walls. Worked on cross drainage structures, drainage and utility works including micro-tunneling, construction of shafts / chambers etc. Supervised construction of earth fill dams, spillways, outlet structures and irrigation network. Supervised Drilling & Grouting (Curtain grouting) in core trench in Earthfill dams, water pressure tests etc. Supervised retrofitting works in buildings and construction of Multi Storey buildings with allied works. Worked on mega Infrastructure projects including development of new campus with allied infrastructure. Involved in review/preparation of project execution documentations like Method statements, shop drawings, project execution plans, project quality plans etc.
