Key Role :

· Planning, Organizing, Directing, Monitoring & Control all construction site activities to ensure the timely completion of the project within the approved schedule and budget without compromising quality and safety.

· Act as the primary technical point of contact for the workforce, client's counterpart, consultants, and other sub-contractors in the day-to-day site execution activities and coordination.

· Conduct regular meetings with project staff, walk through inspections, highlight accomplishments, targets, and concerns that need improvement, provide guidance, managerial and technical support to always keep high working morale of the project team.

· Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with Contract Conditions, Particular Specifications, General Specifications, Contract Drawings and BOQ.

· Review Project scheduling and raise outstanding issues, backlogs to Project Director for immediate action.

· Monitoring start-up & testing & commissioning activities and rectification of Preliminary Handing Over snags
