• Timely follow up to meet procurement Plan and Also following up for timely certification of bills and vendor payments
• Project items being finalized after reconciling with project/main store. Bulk orders finalization and placing orders package wise for better tracking of wastage by job wise
• Collecting Bulk material reconciliation statement from project and monitoring the wastage limit. Surplus materials transferring to other projects on cost/stock transfer basis.
• Monitoring materials self-life expired Tracking the purchase order and delivery status of bulk materials, short-closing non- executed quantity in system
• Project meeting on every fortnightly and circulation of procurement tracking Sheet & EIP PO tracker.
• Assign target of order finalization for each forthcoming weeks Procurement tracker has circulating to site QC & Engineers for close coordination and arranging prior approvals from consultant attending weekly progress meeting for getting ideas/plan of requirement of materials for forthcoming months.
