• SITC of fire alarm system, control system BMS, public addressable system, security system and rodent system.

Manage, supervise technical work,   distribute manpower, Reporting Management Electrical Activities status,

following  progress along with Project  Basie line, arrange  material, red Mark-up Drawings, raising  RFI and closing

Punch lists   and make sure work front is available along with Coordinate with vendors.

Overall planning, scheduling, monitoring and management of project including works scheduling, monitoring

progress of work to ensure timely completion without any cost and time overrun.

Monitoring the requirements of the project site   & keeping coordination with site management team for information

exchange & required action.

Plan, control, review material requirements and team Activities, sub-contractors, specialist suppliers’ activities to meet

type transformers  connected delta /star to dyn11 with off‐circuit tap changer in line with Project requirements and

specifications for PGP-Umm Shaif oil Field Offshore.

• Laying of indoor & outdoor HV/LV cables, Termination and joint of HV & LV cable.

Installation of Electrical and instrument cable trays, ladders, glanding and termination of LV and MV and instrument

panels/Switchgear, glanding and termination of LV and MV and instrument Cable, Transformers, Distribution boards, ,

Earthing and lightning protection system,   LV wiring networks, Fire   and Gas Systems , etc.

Approvals.

• To supervise and monitor the subcontractors and co-ordinate to complete the work as per Project specification and to resolve any unexpected technical difficulties.

• Preparation of Bill of quantity (BOQ), Bill of materials (BOM) and rate analysis.
• Document submittal to the client and consultant for approval.
• Execution of all electrical installations, including conducting, wiring, cabling and end terminations and straight through joints.

• Installation of MV/LV switchgears, (Including Testing & Commissioning for Panels, Cables).
• Installation of Earthing System for Light Poles and Distribution Boards.
• Installation of Cable trays with approved support systems. Installation of Cable as per approved drawing in the trench.
• Witnessing Testing & commissioning of MV/LV switchgears and Low voltage systems.

• Preparing construction schedules based on other contractors’ schedule & monitoring progress of the site on daily basis includes submission of biweekly / weekly report to the Manager.
• Assisting site persons for installations, testing & pre-commissioning of electrical instruments, equipment & follow up of works at site.
• To prepare the cost implications for any variation works and inform the same to the QS department for billing.
• Raising running bills and final bills.
• Attending construction / technical meeting with the main contractor.
• Monitor the progress and prepare the accomplishment report for the manager.
• Taking leadership to identify correct and closing all the quantity system snag related ELV system.
• Inspection of site construction activities.
• Day to day delivery of maintenance service of Electrical and ELV system.
• Supervision and Execution of all electrical installation including Distribution board (DB), all types of Panels, Cable Gland, Cable Termination, Cable tray, Conduit, end terminations, Earthing Pit and straight through joints.
• Preparing commissioning reports for all the tested Equipment’s, cables at the site.
• To provide and maintain proper safety requirement for the site.
• Assisting the Design Department in preparing the shop drawings and submitting it for consultant’s approval.
• Provide leadership to electrical engineering team to accomplish project goals and monitor out-put.
• Attend regular project progress meetings/ project coordination meetings with Project Team to coordinate design & execution issues and time volume planning.
• Perform site supervision to ensure project execution as per the project Drawings, specification and maintaining a high standard of work.
• Supervise and coordinate the preparation of as built drawings and preparation of the final variations list at the completion of the project.
