• In charge of all human resources operation for the College of Nursing-J
• Process all types of leave requests including tickets and exit/re-entry visa requests
• Process various transactions relates to HR such as Overtime, Workforce Planning requests, resignation, etc.
• Prepare and manage recruitment, transfer, and promotion requests.
• Communicate and facilitate the implementation of HR policies and procedures to CON-J members.
• Prepare a variety types of monthly and yearly reports
