I serve as the General Manager of Urban Planning, overseeing both Comprehensive Planning and Land Planning to ensure the development of strategic plans, resolution of urban issues, and review of key public and private sector projects in alignment with the Eastern Province’s strategic direction.

Comprehensive Planning
Supervising comprehensive planning projects (the Regional Master Plan + 10 Local Master Plans).
Ensuring alignment of planning outputs with the Eastern Province Strategy.
Preparing scopes of work for new planning projects.

Land Planning
Addressing urban issues and reviewing land subdivision proposals.
Developing planning standards and regulations, and ensuring effective development control across the region.
Evaluating major strategic projects for both public and private sectors, including PIF initiatives.

Leading teams and enhancing operational performance.

Led the Qatif Governorate Comprehensive Master Plan as Project Manager, achieving its official approval in 2024.

decisions.

Reviewing More than 10 Master plans for major projects in the region such as:
The Comprehensive Plan for Hafr Al-Batin and Al-Bayda Governorate, Development
of the historic center of Al-Khobar, Development of the historic Darin Palace,
Preparing an Urban Code for coastal areas and PIF projects.
Evaluating development plans against city regulations and available data.
Reviewing land division case (More than 8) and ensuring their compliance to
planning regulations and requirements.
• Member of an external committee (Zoning Committee) to study all requests to change land uses in the Eastern Region.
Studying requests to change land use and submitting recommendations to the Executive Committee and the Authority's Board .
• Member of many external committees as a representative of SDA .

SR. URBAN & DESIGN PLANNER - General urban development (Headquarter( , Riyadh
• Master planning
Developing a Master plan for ministerial lands in the Northern and western sectors
with city, district, and neighborhood scales (Arar city with an area of 14,000,000m2).
• Contracts management
Managing planning & design contracts for major consulting firms, reviewing, and
releasing invoices, preparing tender documents, and communicating with
stakeholders to complete the project as required.
• Member of Urban Planning Committee.

DEVELOPMENTAL HOUSING MANAGER, Dammam
• Managing several projects in partnership with stakeholders.
• Building partnerships with 37 "non-profit" societies in the Eastern region.
• Providing housing (200 families) within the housing development program.
• Managing a team of volunteers in the housing development sector (120 people).

PROJECT MANAGER - Real Estate Development, Dammam
• Project Management (Real Estate) of all projects in the eastern region within a different scale (starting from 50.000m2 to 10.000.000m2).
• Marketing projects to beneficiaries.

URBAN PLANNER, - Lands Development, Dammam
• Following up on infrastructure projects in the region.
• Supporting the technical team in the planning and design phase.
• Receive ministerial lands from the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs (72Land).
