  • Quality assurance of all tasks assigned from CEO to internal departments by creating a follow-up and compliance system that guarantees tasks to be submitted in due date.
  • Analyze all data extracted from follow-up system and advise to take actions to solve issues related.
  • Draft workflow and procedures, for all internal Administrative Assistants to help them manage , facilities their work and align with CEO vision and work efficiency plan.
