• Responsible for the organization and effective performance of Cargo Operations team and Cargo Companies in KKIA

• Responsible for the efficient and effective tactical management of the processes, resources and facilities within Terminal 5 at KKIA.
  
• Overseeing all operational activities responsible for the function, operations and service provision of the Terminal on a shift basis.
  
• Working with handling agents, airlines, suppliers, contractors, other terminal tenants and stakeholders to ensure that the highest level of service standards is delivered and maintained.
