Fully automated project plan for the Texture plant, completely reducing 50% of the manpower from 126 to 60 manpower by the end of 2026, and we are already working with Niemann and Fluid solutions to complete the plant commissioning in Sudair plant in Riyadh by the end of the 2nd Quarter., Installed 6 additional HSD in the auto plant, and we are in progress to transfer 60% of our emulsion products from the manual plant to the auto plant, and a pilot trial was already done this year with the support of R&D & Planning with the updated recipe. We planned to reduce 15 manpower from the emulsion plant by automation using SCADA operations
