Construction of new 132/13.8KV Substation for Ma'aden Beneficiation Plant at Hazm Al - Jalamid.

• Job Responsibilities:

→ Supervised & managed construction works according to the Contract Documents, Condition of Contract, Construction Strategy, Client's Instruction, Project Technical Specifications & Codes and Approved Drawings, Materials & Method Statements.
→ Monitored & controlled project's cost, time, scope, quality & changes in scope of works to meet the project requirements. Lead and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
→ Ensured execution of works to monitor compliance with approved materials & drawings, QA/QC Plan, specifications, HSE Plan, and other regulations. Maintained logs & records of work performed, prepared reports and reviewed progress and performance.
→ Performed all communications & ensured proper documents distribution and followed up for the required actions.
→ Conducted / Actively participated in technical, coordination and progress meetings and prepared Minutes of Meetings.
→ Prepared bills/invoices, variation claims, change orders and got approval from client based on Project status.
→ Developed reports showing project status & evolution by comparing work done and work scheduled to reveal areas of unsatisfactory results and to prepare mitigation plans to improve processes to ensure on-time completion.

• Projects List:

1- Construction of one (1) 380kV OHTL between Waad Al Shamaal to Modon.

2- Construction of Two (2) 380 kV OHTL Waad Al Shamal Wind and Tabarjal Line Project.

3-Construction of Two (2) 380kV D/C OHTL LILO Tabarjal BSP to Quriyyat solar BSP.

• Job Responsibilities:

→ Worked as Acting Site Manager during the absences of the Site Manager.

→ Co-coordination with Consultant, Clients and Vendors/ sub-contractors for various Engineering activities.

→ Preparation of daily progress report, monthly schedule and documentation.

→ Plan, manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities to ensure a continuous flow of output.

→ To ensure that proper plans and resources (people, facilities, supplies etc.) are in place and efficiently utilized to ensure the uninterrupted outcome.

→ Responsible for Ground Assembly and Erection for Suspension, Angle/ Tension and Dead-End towers.

→ Stringing activities such as Insulator Hoisting, Pilot wire pulling, paying out of conductor, Sagging and Clipping of conductor.

→ Installation of Spacers Dampers and Jumpers.

→ Responsible for OPGW Stringing activities such as Pulling, Sagging, Clipping and Installation of Vibration Dampers.

→ Attend meetings to resolve issues related to HSE, Projects etc.
→ Report the daily progress report/ work status to the consultant /Management as required.

→ Coordinate with electrical QA/QC for drawing modifications, red markup, etc.

→ Supervise technicians with their technical requirements.

• Job Responsibilities:
  → Design of electrical distribution projects.
  → Reviewing and inspecting shop drawings.
  → Executing what has been modified by the consultant.

→ Work in the maintenance department to supervise the process of replacing insulators.
→ Work in the maintenance department to supervise contractors on new projects and through inspections.so walk through inspection.
