Bader Alduraee

Technology Executive, Entrepreneur, and Board-Level Leader with more than 20 years of experience building, scaling, and leading technology-driven organizations. Throughout my career, I have held executive leadership roles including Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Technology Officer (CTO), and Chief Information Officer (CIO), leading technology strategy, digital transformation initiatives, product innovation, and organizational growth across startup, enterprise, and government-facing environments. As a co-founder of multiple technology ventures, I successfully built and scaled organizations from inception to growth stage. Most notably, I co-founded SmaatCo and helped grow the company from 2 employees to more than 50 employees before successfully exiting the business. I later co-founded Eyas, a leading legal technology company in Saudi Arabia, where I led the strategy, development, and launch of multiple digital platforms serving more than 122,000 users, 3,500 lawyers, processing over 92,000 legal requests, and supporting more than 100 organizations through scalable technology solutions. My experience spans technology leadership, digital transformation, product strategy, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, software engineering, business process optimization, and large-scale platform development. I have also contributed to the successful delivery of government-focused digital initiatives, including projects for the Saudi Red Crescent Authority and the Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC). I am passionate about leveraging technology, innovation, and AI to drive sustainable growth, accelerate digital transformation, improve operational efficiency, and create measurable impact aligned with the future ambitions of organizations and national digital initiatives.
