Responsibilities:

• Study and approve shop drawings submitted by the contractor.
• Study and approve material and supplier submittals, and Ensure compliance with approved specifications and drawings.
• Inspect and approve all electrical works carried out by the contractor, and ensure that they comply with the approved specifications and drawings.
• Review the invoices submitted by contractor and matching them with executed works.
• Managing and leading the specialized team (inspectors & engineers), and working to raise their efficiency

-King Faisal Specialist Hospital Parking & Polyclinic Project

-Darraq Al-Hada Residential Compound

Responsibilities :

• Doing full engineering pre-work (Material take off, preparing BOQ, reading/ revising specs compared with tender drawings, preparing technical submittals/ compliance statements).
• Following up and coordination with suppliers.
• Preparing Electrical Calculations, estimations and Proposals as per required in the project.
• Responsible for electrical systems & low current systems such as (Fire Alarm and Detection System, Public Address System, Access Control System, Parking Management System, Nurse call system, IP CCTV System, Clock System, Audio-Visual System, Data-Voice Communication System, IPTV system).
• Coordination with the other departments, site work and the other networks.
• Coordination with mechanical systems.
• Coordination/ following up with consultant.
• Attending weekly meetings with Client and Consultant to follow up with them time schedule for project progress and to discuss and rectify technical issues and problems.
• Making all required submittals to the consultant and client like (request for inspections, material inspection request, work permit request, technical query, variation orders etc.).
• Preparing bids evaluations for all sub contractors and suppliers.
• Preparing revised BOQ as per actual quantities.
• Review the invoices either with the consultant or with the subcontractors as per site work and material delivery.
• Making as built drawings and submitting them to consultant.
• Close all punch list points provided from client and consultant.

Responsibilities :

• Shop drawings reviewing and modifying.
• Preparing/ reviewing technical submittals, materials inspections requests and site requests.
• Following up and coordination with suppliers.
• Preparing and updating BOQ for billing and revise it with actual site work.
• Making as built drawings and submitting them to consultant.
• Jobs coordination with the other departments and networks.
• Direct Supervision of all electrical and low current testing & commissioning.

• Coordination with the client and electrical contractor and preparing technical and financial proposals for all required low current and home automation systems.
• Preparing shop drawings for all low current works such as (KNX home automation system, CCTV, IPTV, Access Control, Public address & Intercom systems).
• Providing technical support for the technicians to achieve their work as per required.
