• Maintaining chemical dosing and RO & UF chemical cleaning for efficient plant.
• Maintaining the water parameters as required and water analysis as per the system requirement.
• Control and maintenance of PH, COD, BOD, TDS and Temperature.
• Knowledge of UF and RO Membrane.
• Knowledge of MBR system.
• Stock maintain for dosing chemical and cleaning chemical for efficient plant.
• Keep work and plant area clean.

• Performs routine rounds of the plant inspecting for operation, collecting samples, noting the observation that serve as a basis for operation.

• Monitor control panels and adjusts values gates manually (or) by remote control to regulate flow of sewage.
• Start and Stop Pumps, engines and generation to control flow of raw sewage through filtration settling, aeration and sludge digestion process.
• Monitoring and controlling of process parameters & equipment's condition.
• Startups and shutdowns of the plant.
• Maintaining safety and housekeeping in work area.
• Handing over the equipments safely for maintenance after positive isolation.
• Generating requisite work permit for the concerned job.

• Studying of P&IDs and Writing of SOPs for safe start-up of equipments or plant.
