• Interacting with Technical Manager, Production Manager, Store Manager, Maintenance Manager, HR Manager and Research & Development Manager responsible for the All Activities within the Plant
• Completing all documentation and administrative records, fully and accurately
• Developing and maintaining the database of all documents of Quality Control and Quality Assurance
• Handle the lab instrument like spectrophotometer, PH Meter, Hegman Gauge and Viscometer etc
• Responsible for product & it's test method and testing of finish product, raw materials & packing materials
• Improve the operational efficiency in all areas by providing supports in area such as training, guideline, resources etc
• Trained the Employee & Maintain safety & discipline on the shop floor
• Arranging the regular inspection and checking of measuring and testing equipment
• Developing work plans and procedures and ensuring that these be followed in all day-to-day operations
• Maintain the calibration record of lab equipment

• I work as risk champion takes a leading role in identifying, assessing, and managing risks within an organization or project. They are responsible for promoting a culture of risk awareness and ensuring that risk management practices are implemented effectively. As a risk champion, you would work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and management to identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor risk throughout the project lifecycle. It's an important role that helps ensure the success and safety of projects.

- Make a list of receiving items and a check list when receiving the item

- Follow up on site work and supervise the progress of work

- Making inspection and receipt requests for items

- Making requests for inspection and receipt of materials

- Making requests for approval of materials

- Follow up on the work if it is necessary to make a non-conformity report and close it if the problem ends

- Follow up on the quality of work on site and ensure that the work is displayed as required

- Handing over the work to the consultant regarding construction work, such as precast concrete for ceilings, supervising the pouring of concrete walls, and supervising the treatments for ceilings, beams, and columns after casting and delivering them.

- Handing over the work to the consultant regarding the architect’s work, such as supervising the building work on the block and preparing for the painting work, painting work, and external cladding work.

• Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the development process
• Coordinate between the company and sub-contractor to achieve the work requirements and the goals of the project and provide the weekly update to each side
• Manage in coordination between PMT and the company for site activities and the work progress
• Working as a safety key member to assure the work is done in safely manner
• Conducting the required walkthrough among the areas in order to make sure each equipment is installed as per the project requirements before the final MCC
• Coordinate vendor participation in HAZOP session Also Follow up close out of HAZOP pending issues with design team, vendor and client
• Revise the HAZOP study for the area and make sure every item is implemented
• Address client requests and clarification during construction in Timely manner
• Prepare comprehensive cost reports, cost-benefit analyses, and financial forecasts for management and stakeholders
• Provide input to Q.C team to raise RFI and coordinate between them and construction team
• Coordinate Design activities, Ensure inputs are provided between design team in timely Manner
• Also ensure information are provided to/from vendors to meet design need
• Review engineering deliverables and their progress with design team
• Provide design progress to schedule and control team
• Facilitate design changes through preparing proposal including estimate and participate in negotiation meeting with client
• Coordinate material requisition activities including tabulation of Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) and Addressing deviation list with Client
• Participate in preparation of Progress invoices and clarify and issue to clients
• Inspect, Test or measure materials or Products being produced & Accept or Reject finished items.
