• 12 Moisture upgraded - Replaced 12 moisture analyzer during turnaround in OLE II with 30 days and back in service
• Follow up the upgrade oxygen project from the beginning to the end and modify with add some suggestions with the vendor during install O2 analyzer for all 6 Boilers.
• Improving - Suggesting idea to keep analyzer from frequent failure and save cost of replacing spare part
• CLC Project - Apply for lead CLC project and completed with commissioning 173 analyzers online. And review 128 materials in MDM
• Supported SABIC affiliate - check Three AMETEK Moisture in Ethylene plant production
• Back up in GC - OLE-IV there was no back up in GC and if lose the DATA they pose a high potential impact to production such as the analyzers in the reactor feed & Ethylene product analyzers which are critical to production
• Modify the fiber optic cable - Lead successfully MOD to modify the fiber optic cable in EBS-1 TA for reduce the risk from damage cable and reduce the cost from 120000 SR to 20000 every 2 years in turnaround.
• Led the installation of two new enclosed sample lab points in the UDD area, replacing a manual method that risked gas inhalation for operators. This change significantly enhances safety and efficiency, and I also coordinated training for operators on the new system.
• I successfully led the site preparation for the new COGEN project, completing it by the target date while collaborating with all departments to establish a new laydown area with asphalt.
