Lead More than 6 Substations 110/13.8KV with Value around 700Millons SAR and keeping all of it on track as progress and financially .

1-Lead the planning, designing, engineering and the implementation of substation projects as per scope of work and Saudi electricity company specifications with compliance master time schedule.

2- Manage project budget and project resource allocation.

3- Direct material planning, engineering, procurement, construction, purchase order and sub contract finalization.

4- Follow up with vendors in various countries for timely manufacturing of equipments, factory test (FAT) and shipment.

5- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.

6- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions. 7- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.

8- Prepare & plan the financial projections for the project.

9- Coordination with client (Saudi Electricity Company), procurement, vendors, suppliers and manufacture.

10- Provide all requirements and facility for project site(manpower, petty cash, approved drawing, logistic service)

1.Lead site Activities along with Manpower& site resources .

2.Handle all site meetings with sub-contractors , consultants & client.

3.Follow up the project Milestone and keep the critical path activities on track to achieve the master schedule Dates .

4.Follow up the Quality of delivered material ,installation&T&C and supervise th quality team till close all related documents RMI , RFI & all punch points.

5.Coordinating with Technical and design Team to get and follow the approved design .

6.Confirm the SOW based on signed PO and signed contract documents .

• Designing M.V Electrical networks (with both types: overhead lines and UGC cables) .

• Live maintenance of medium voltage transmission lines.

• Designing L.V networks for consumers supply.

• Operating and maintenance the metering devices in both low and medium voltage networks.

• Operating and maintenance the Electrical connection of power transformers.
